Service

TrimMyList provides browser-based contact list cleanup tools for CSV and spreadsheet data. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription charges, renewal timing, and taxes are shown at checkout through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, customer service inquiries, and returns for purchases processed through Paddle.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Data handling

TrimMyList is designed to process uploaded files in the browser where possible. Account, billing, and authentication data may be stored to operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
